Our final camp of the season is tailored specifically to meet the needs of any of our older players looking to regain their soccer specific fitness prior to the start of their high school season.
Players will be put through a testing program that looks to develop both their aerobic and anaerobic capacity prior to their High School season starting alongside providing a fantastic opportunity to both regain and develop their touch and technique.
5:00 - 5:30 – Individual Juggling, Ball Mastery and Fakes & Turns
5:30 - 6:15 – Conditioning
6:15 - 6:30 – Water Break
6:30 – 7:20 – Theme for the day
7:20 - 7:55 – Conditioned Games
